Shipping 


UK Shipping 


I currently send out orders on most week days and will ship your order as soon as possible.  Ideally, you should receive your order within 5 business days.  


Orders are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail unless you request otherwise. A tracking code will be provided. 


Please keep an eye on your tracking. If the customer does not accept the parcel, it will automatically be sent back to Yesterday's Blues by the courier. 


Shipping costs are added at checkout. 


Please bear in mind I am a one-woman business, so shipping may take slightly longer at times. For example, it may take longer to receive your order during bank holidays or during particularly busy times when I receive high numbers of orders. During the build up to Christmas and over the Christmas period, shipping is also likely to take longer than usual. If I take any holiday, there is no-one to cover me. Thank you for your patience at these times.


Overseas Shipping 


I offer shipping to a number of countries outside the UK. Please contact me for an international shipping quote, if you can't find your country in the shipping options at checkout.

Shipping costs will be added at the checkout. This will not include any customs fees/taxes and duties applicable to overseas parcels. The courier will contact you directly to request payment of any such fees. However, the USA's 10% tariff (mentioned below) will be added at checkout.


Yesterday's Blues is not responsible for any customs tax or import fees which may apply to International parcels.

Delivery times for overseas parcels may vary according country/region. On average they take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels


Once shipped, the courier is responsible for safe delivery of any parcels. Yesterday's Blues is not liable for any packages which are lost, delayed or damaged in transit. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, please contact me and I will do what I reasonably can to help recover it.

Returns 

 

The items I sell are not new. They are used and may have signs of wear or other imperfections. I thoroughly inspect each item and disclose any flaws or imperfections I find to the best of my knowledge and ability in the listings and/or photos. Great care is also taken to measure each garment accurately to ascertain sizing.

For the above reasons, I do not offer returns. However, if you are not satisfied with any item you receive, please contact me and I will endeavour to find an appropriate solution.
